4.1 All Products are subject to availability. If a Product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a refund or alternative option.

4.2 We make every effort to display colours, sizes, and designs accurately. However, variations may occur due to screen differences.

4.3 We reserve the right to withdraw or modify Products without notice.

5. Orders

5.1 Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch.

5.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons such as stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5.3 Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended.

6. Prices & Payment

6.1 All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

6.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available on the Site.

6.3 We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing even after an order has been placed, with the option for you to accept or cancel.

7. Discount Codes & Promotions

7.1 Discount codes and promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

7.2 Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

7.3 We reserve the right to refuse the use of discount codes if we believe they are being misused.

8. Shipping & Delivery

8.1 Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

8.2 Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the Products are delivered.

8.3 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details are non-refundable.

9. Returns & Refunds

9.1 You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

9.2 Products must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

9.3 Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the Product is faulty.

9.4 If you believe an item is faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Once approved, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund including your original delivery cost.

9.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

9.6 Certain Products may be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings, underwear). These exclusions will be stated on the Site.

10. Promotional Emails & Reviews

10.1 By providing your email, you consent to receiving order updates, promotional offers, and review requests.

10.2 You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in our communications.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of Products.

11.2 Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the value of the Product purchased.
